Prevailing NNW at a mean 24 km/h, gusting to 90 in\nwinter, laden with salt at every hour of the year. Nothing soft survives here.\nThe existing structure — a collapsed net store — has one wall standing, and it\nstands because it is 900 mm thick and has no openings on the seaward side.\n\nThat wall is the brief.
